“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James 1:2-4

I don’t know about you, but stress seems to be a daily emotion lately. With the unknown of COVID-19 and just everyday life, it gets a little scary out here! But man, it is a good feeling to serve a God who just eats stress up!

In James, we are told to look at stress as a blessing because it lets us see our faith in God and learn how to persevere and overcome any challenges in the future. Does this mean we will never be upset that we are stressed??? ABSOLUTELY NOT! It does mean, however, that we can find comfort knowing that our God is bigger than the trials that we face and that we are never alone!
