Important Upcoming Congregational Meetings: Sunday, September 13^th after worship:
Meeting 1: Nominating Committee Election: The congregation will hold a voice vote to elect four (4) members from the congregation at large to serve on the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee will be responsible for nominating five (5) Elders to serve on the Session for three-year terms beginning 2027.
Meeting 2: Bylaws Amendment Vote: The second meeting will be to hold a ballot vote on amending our bylaws, which requires a 2/3 majority of the members present.  The purposes of these FVPC bylaws changes is to correct outdated language and bring our church into compliance with the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)

From the Mission Committee: The FVPC Food Pantry will be collecting donations of fresh fruit and vegetables (not frozen). Bring your donations on any Sunday; Martha Budney will collect them on Tuesday and deliver them to the FV Emergency Food Pantry.
